Greg Parkinson is an ESOL teacher with fourteen years’ experience. Prior to joining Blue Orange AI he taught for thirteen years in South Korea. During that time he was an Assistant Professor at Gachon University where he won the Prize for Teaching Excellence on three separate occasions. Since 2017 he works at Waikato Pathways College on campus at the University of Waikato. He is also a private IELTS tutor. Since joining Blue Orange AI as the Head of Teaching, Greg has been responsible for the development and delivery of courses using the Graid platform. Greg has a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language from the University of Birmingham, a CELTA Certificate, a TESOL Certificate and IELTS Teacher Training Programme Certificate. He has also authored two series of ESL coursebooks: Grammar High and Writing Jump.

Paula Runnals holds a BA in Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley and an MA in Education from Stanford University. She has over thirteen years of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language, English as a Second language and test preparation courses in the US, New Zealand, Australia and Spain. She specializes in IELTS, Pronunciation and Academic English. She has taught at UNSW Global and UC Berkeley. In her free time she likes to scuba dive and is also a dive instructor. Another of her interests is travelling and to date she has lived in 7 countries and has visited an additional 25.

Mike Lloyd-Green is an Australian who has been teaching English to foreigners for over 10 years. Luckily he absolutely LOVES it! Over the last decade he has worked in different English academies all over Spain opening two academies from scratch and taking the role as Director of Studies in three English schools. He is a very patient and positive teacher who loves to see students progress and grow in confidence not only with their level of English but also as a people.
Ross Logan is an IELTS teacher based in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. He has been teaching English for more than 20 years in Australia as well as overseas and has a passion for the English Language. He is a beach lover who enjoys morning swims at Coogee beach throughout the year, even when the water is freezing. He enjoys photography, bike riding and of course travelling abroad. He believes in pursuing your passion in life and doing what you love and loving what you do, whatever that may be.
